Obituary for Gary Wayne Prevost
Mr. Gary Prevost, 74, of Vancleave, died Saturday, January 26, 2019 in Vancleave.
He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family and boiling crabs and shrimp in his shed. He also enjoyed his garden. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be sadly missed.
He is preceded in death by his son, Mark Prevost; his parents, Oswald and Juliet Prevost, and his brothers and sisters, Allen Prevost, Larry Prevost, Myrna Tiblier, and Carolyn Turner.
Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Tina Prevost; children, Greg Prevost (Sarah Young) and Vickie Tiblier (Bobby); brothers and sisters, Joel Prevost, Charlotte Maniscalco, Susan Richard, and Barbara Parker; eight grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12-1 pm on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services. Funeral services will being at 1 pm. Interment will follow the funeral in Bonnie Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Vancleave.
