Benjamin Franklin Thomas, Sr., 49, of Vancleave, died Friday, April 10, 2015. He was born on December 9, 1965 to the late JD and Hazel May Franklin. He was a fisherman by trade.He is preceded in death by his parents, JD & Hazel May Franklin; sister who was very dear to him, Evelyn Marie Payne, and three brothers, Neil, Paul, and Mike Beaugez.He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Sandra Marie Franklin; children, Laura Renee Franklin, Benjamin Thomas Franklin, Jr., Ashley Nicole Chanellor, John Edward Dennis, and Robin Danielle Ross,; sisters, Eunice Lizana, Mary Lott, and Nancy Beaugez; eight brothers, Danny, William, Alton Sr., Kenneth, Sr., Chester Sr., and Norman Franklin, Stanley Beaugez and Elliott Beaugez, and grandchildren, Ehan Michael Grimes, William Bryce Landreth, Danielle Paige Cunningham, Mickayla Breanne Challenor, Elijah Eugene Challenor, Raquel Leigh Agee, and Kingston DeAndre.A celebration of life service will be held at 4 pm, Friday, April 24, 2015 at First Presbyterian Church of Ocean Springs.Share your memories and send condolences to the family at www.smfs.us To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Mr. Benjamin Thomas Franklin Sr. please visit our Sympathy Store.
