Charles Robert Puffinbarger, 78,of Gautier, died Thursday, March 29, 2018 in Ocean Springs.

Mr. Puffinbarger honorably served his country in the United States Air Force where he retired as a Master Sergeant after serving two tours in Vietnam. He is a purple heart recipient. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, Nascar, boxing, and history.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who will be deeply missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents Herschel and Alma Puffinbarger and his son, Dominique Brennan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Anne Puffinbarger; children, Randy (Theresa) Puffinbarger, Kristal (David) Childers, Lora (Timothy) Conway, Tracy Bailey, and Franchesca Brennan; 16 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2:30 pm on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Biloxi National Cemetery under the direction of Southern Mississippi Funeral Services.
