Linda Warden, 59, of Saucier, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018. She was born on August 14, 1959.

Linda enjoyed spending time near the water, whether she was boating with her late husband, relaxing on the beaches of Florida with family, or sitting poolside at her home. She enjoyed cooking and baking for family and friends. Linda also enjoyed sitting down with a good book.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Charles Clyde Warden, her sister Teresa Parker, her granddaughter Sadie Marguerite Warden, and her stepfather Kenneth Brown.

She is survived by her son Charles (Magan) Warden II, stepson Christopher Warden, her parents Frances Brown and James (Vera) Miller, her mother-in-law Lillie Schinn, her sister Dolly Tompkins, her brother Mike Miller, her sister-in-laws Karen Warden and Janis (Ricky) Nix, her grandchildren Abigail and Bryce Warden, and a number of other loving relatives and close friends.

There will be a private memorial service held by the family at a later date.

The family wants to send a special thanks to the staff at Ocean Springs Hospital and Hospice of Light for the kindness and care they provided during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
