Norvin Joseph Riette (Joby) was born in Waveland Mississippi on September 5, 1937. He spent his first eight years of his boyhood in Waveland. Joby then moved to New Orleans, Louisiana where he attended St. Leo Grammar school and graduated from Holy Cross High School. After school he joined the United States Air force. After leaving the Service Joby owned several restaurants and lounges in the New Orleans area until he retired. Joby has spent the past six years living near his son Joey and wife Denise in Bay St Louis. He passed away Tuesday September 4, 2018.

Joby is survived by his two sons Joey and (Denise) Riette, and Darek and (Rhonda) Riette, five grand children, Jason Riette, JoAnne Riette Marks and Gabrielle Riette, Darek Joseph and Jacob Riette and four great grand children, Corbin Patton, Nathan Marks, Joseph Riette and Elijah Riette. Joby will be greatly missed.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 1:30 on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531.
