Obituary for Ted White
Mr. James Terry "Ted" White, 67, of Gulfport, died Wednesday, March 6 2019 in Pass Christian.
He was a very talented musician who was known as Ted White Teddy Bear on the air. He was a manager of Wild Country who is known today as Alabama. His talents and deep love of music will be deeply missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Lucille White and his brother, Bobby White.
Survivors include his children, Jason (Jeannie) White of Warner Robins, Georgia, Jonalyn Miller of South Carolina, Tony Greene of Alabama, and Aaron Whitman of Hawaii; brother, Larry (Shirley) White of Covington, Georgia; sister in law Brenda White of Riceboro; caregivers, James (Dwana) King of Gulfport, Mississippi and Alex King of Gulfport, and grandchildren, Ally & Luke White both of Warner Robins, Georgia, Hagen Beckham and Grant Whitman.
Memorial services will be held at 3 pm on Friday, March 8, 2019 at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm.
