Kenneth (Kenny) Dale Wilson
Kenneth (Kenny) Dale Wilson, 64 of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones, Sunday, June 23, 2019, at Ocean Springs Hospital. Kenneth was born in Akron, Ohio, on November 21, 1954, to the late Ward and Helen Wilson. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Diana [Pitts] Wilson, and his daughters Theresa Clinton, and her husband Carl, and Charlene Hartney; his son Kenneth Wilson Jr., and his wife Amy; sisters Tina Kessinger, Sheila Thornburg, and Mary Blair; brothers Ward Wilson and Keith Wilson; granddaughters Brooke Clinton, Britney Clinton, Ellie Wilson, and Haley Wilson; grandson A J Hartney and great granddaughter Kahlani Jade. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Jackie Wilson, and his grandson Kenneth D Wilson III. In his free time Kenneth enjoyed playing computer games, fishing, going to the beach and creek, and interacting on Facebook and snapchat. Most importantly Kenneth liked spending quality time with his family and close friends.
A celebration of Kenneth’s life will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Southern Mississippi Funeral Services, located at 6631 Washington Avenue. Visitation will be from 10:00 am – 11:00 am, followed by a brief memorial service honoring Kenneth.
