Obituary for Betty Karlene Pagliai (Ficken)
Mrs. Betty Pagliai, 88, of Gulfport, MS, originally of Ogden, Iowa, died Friday August 9th, 2019. Mrs. Pagliai passed peacefully in her sleep after a short illness.
Betty was born on November 5th, 1930, the seventh of eight children. She will best be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Betty had an enormously generous and kind heart and a keen eye for decorating and collecting beautiful things.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Henry Ficken, and her husband Aldo. She is also preceded in death by one sister, Ester, and three brothers, Charles, Joe and Fred.
She is survived by three sisters, Phyllis, Betty Jean, and Evelyn Mae. She is also survived by her sons ,Paul (Anne), Kim (Syrma), and one daughter, Robyn (Eduardo), as well as four grandchildren and
five great-grandchildren.
