John Wayne Clanton, born May 13, 1940, passed away at the age of 79 on August 13, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Neely and Anna Nash Clanton and 3 sisters. He proudly served in the United States Army, and enjoyed a career as a technician in electronics. He was a citizen of Lucedale, MS. John Clanton is survived by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

John Clanton was cremated on August 14, 2019.
