Obituary for Alice Faye Lindsey (Argent)
On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, Alice Faye (Argent) Lindsey, loving wife and mother of three passed away at the age of 81.
Alice was born on April 4, 1938 in Parish, Alabama to Lucy and Arthur Argent. On March 29, 1957 she married Willie Demetris (Bill) Lindsey. They raised two daughters, Glinda and Carolyn, and one son, John.
Alice was known for her green thumb and love of flowers, plants, birds, lighthouses, angels, guidepost magazines, eagles, mail order catalogs and she never met a kid or a cat she couldn’t spoil.
Alice was preceded in death by her father, Arthur, her mother, Lucy, brother, Bobby, brother, Larry, and daughter Glinda. She is survived by her husband Bill, her children Carolyn and John, her brother Charles, several nieces and nephews and her cats, Stinker and Toby.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at the Gulf Coast Family Church on Big Ridge Road in Biloxi at 11:00 am.
