Obituary for Don Ervin Pierce
Don Ervin Pierce (88 years old), died on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi and will be spending Christmas in heaven with his wife of 65 years, Peggie Pierce.
He was born in Oklahoma City, OK on May 15, 1931. Don graduated from Central High School (OKC) and married Peggie Harris in 1950. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War, stationed in Biloxi, MS and Anchorage, AK. Returning to Oklahoma City, Don & Peggie raised their family of 4 children, Donna, Mary Kaye, Danny and Julie.
He is survived by his sister Loreta L. Hunt (OKC), 2 sister-in laws Marti Harris (OKC) and LeNelle Pierce (Overland Park, KS), 3 children, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends who loved him dearly.
A Funeral Service to celebrate a life well lived will be held in Oklahoma City at Hahn-Cook Funeral Home, 6600 Broadway Extension, OKC on Thursday, December 19 at 10:00 a.m.
