Obituary for William "Billy" Joseph Boney
William "Billy" Joseph Boney, 50, of Latimer crossed through the gates of his heavenly home and was welcomed into the arms of his Lord and Savior on December 15, 2020. Mr. Boney was born on May 27, 1970 and was a lifelong residence of Latimer as well as a graduate of St. Martin High School. He was an outdoorsman who loved boating, hunting, fishing, four wheelers and his family. He was a devoted catholic and loved his church, St. Alphonsus.
He is survived by his daughter, Alexis Boney; his parents, Robert and Ruth Boney; brother, Chris (Sondra) Boney; sister, Anna Boney; grandmother, Marie Byrd and granddaughter Adalynn Courtney (Boney), all of Latimer. He loved being a PawPaw and Adalynn was the light of his life.
He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Walter and Vada Deloney; his grandparents, Frank and Ida Boney, and his grandfather, Leslie Byrd.
He will be missed by multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and family members
Service will be Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Southern MS Funeral Services, 6631 Washington Avenue, Ocean Springs, MS from 9 am until 11 am with services following. Interment will be at Seymour Cemetery, Latimer.
