Eunice owned “Eunice’s Catering” for over 40 years and owned the “Seymour Bakery” on Lemoyne for several years and catered weddings and created cakes for a multitude of families on the Coast.

The biggest joys in her life were spending time with and cooking for her family, raising her children and the friends of her children, and taking care of her flowers and home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

The family will hold a celebration of life on June, 3, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M at the Latimer Community Center. Friends and family are invited to join us for this celebration honoring her memory.
