Obituary for Ida Margaret Sanburn-Bayne (Easterling)
After an almost 2-year battle with pancreatic cancer, Ida Margaret (Easterling) Sanburn-Bayne, 73, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 20, 2022 surrounded by her husband and daughter. Ida was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on December 30,1948.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Franklin Easterling; mother, Reva Burton Easterling; and sister, Sharon (Easterling) Crowe. She is survived by her husband, Robert Allen Bayne (of Indiana); daughter, Saundrea L Sanburn of Nashville TN; daughter-in-law, Meredith A Hansel of Nashville, TN; step-daughter, Candace (Bayne) Strang; son-in-law, Todd Strang, and grand-daughter, Sidney-Stephanie April Penner all of Virginia; brother-in-law, Jim Crowe of Ocean Springs; and nephew, Mark Crowe and niece, Andrea Crowe, both of Nashville TN.
Ida (Margie) was born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI and moved to Ocean Springs, MS with her husband in 2005, to be near her mother and sister; and remained ever since, with lifelong friends in both states.
As per her wishes there will be no funeral or memorial services.
