Mr. Gilbert Louis Vigreux, Jr., age 87 and a resident of Saucier, died on June 28, 2016, in Biloxi. Mr. Vigreux was preceded in death by his sons, Gilbert Vigreux, III and James Vigreux; his brothers, James Vigreux and George Vigreux and his sisters, Kathleen Gardace and Helen Boros. He is survived by his daughter, Phyllis Vigreux; his sister, Isabel Bertrand; his grandchildren, Gilbert Vigreux, IV, Joseph Vigreux, Shelly Eates, Blaine Bordelon, Brandie Bordelon, Byron Bordelon, Berniece Bordelon, James Vigreux, and Erica Vigreux; 24 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at 9am at 2012 Farmsite Road in Violet, LA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Fisher House, 509 Fisher Street, Keesler AFB, MS 39534-2599.
